By accessing Wooshping World Wide Web pages you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to the following terms, please notice that you are not allowed to use the site.

Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the contents in any form without the prior written permission of Wooshping is prohibited except in accordance with the following terms. Wooshping consents to you browsing Wooshping World Wide Web pages on your computer or printing copies of extracts from these pages for your personal use only and not for redistribution unless consented to in writing by Wooshping.  Individual documents in our World Wide Web pages may be subject to additional terms indicated in those documents.

The use of this site and the content therein, is permitted to private, non-commercial use. The use of press releases and other documents classified as public is permitted in public communications if the source for the information has been stated.

This site and the contents herein are provided as a convenience to you. The contents of Wooshping World Wide Web pages are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. Wooshping  does not warrant that its Web pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wooshping reserves the right to revise the pages or withdraw access to them at any time.


For your easy accessibility Wooshping may include links to sites on the Internet that are owned or operated by third parties. By linking to such third-party site, you shall review and agree to that site's rules of use before using such site. You also agree that Wooshping has no control over the content of that site and cannot assume any responsibility for material created or published by such third-party sites. In addition, a link to a non-Wooshping site does not imply that Wooshping endorses the site or the products or services referenced in such third party site.

By submitting material to any of our servers, for example, by e-mail or via the Wooshping World Wide Web pages, you agree that: (a) the material will not contain any item that is unlawful or otherwise unfit for publication; (b) you will use reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or other contaminating or destructive features before submitting any material; and (c) you own the material or have the unlimited right to provide it to us and Wooshping may publish the material free of charge and/or incorporate it or any concepts described in it in our products without accountability or liability (d) you agree not to take action against us in relation to material that you submit and you agree to indemnify us if any third party takes action against us in relation to the material you submit.

Wooshping does not and cannot review the content posted by users on its site and is not responsible for such content.  Wooshping may at any time at its discretion remove any content posted by users.

Use of the word secure is intended to describe the functionality of the product or feature described, and is not intended to extend a warranty to the purchaser or to any end user that the product or feature described is completely secure and invulnerable to random attacks.

All product and company names mentioned within the site may be trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. Your access to this site should not be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any marks appearing on the site without the prior written consent of the third party owner thereof.

* Terms and conditions of sale ("Sales Terms")

These Sales Terms are applicable to the Wooshping UK Online Shop at the URL ("Wooshping") and to orders and sale transactions for nfc tags, nfc accessories, nfc hardware (including writers and mobile phones) and nfc enabled point of sale / marketing material ("Product(s)"), available at the Wooshping shop.

The Online Shop is owned by and operated by  Wooshping LTD “Wooshping”, Old Chambers, West Street, Farnham, Surrey. GU9 7EB. Business Registration No. 08231981. ("Wooshping", "we" or "us" as the context may require), who is the seller of the Products and Service Vouchers.

For any sales in the Online Shop the parties to the sales contract are communicating electronically when visiting the Online Shop, sending email or posting electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Please note that these Sales Terms do not affect (and should not be read to affect) your STATUTORY RIGHTS, which cannot be waived or limited by contract.

* 1. About these Sales Terms

These Sales Terms only apply to purchases made on this Online Shop. Other Wooshping web sites on the internet may have different terms and conditions. Wooshping may change or alter these Sales Terms from time to time.  Wooshping  will state the effective date above. Any changes to the Sales Terms will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date. You should recheck the effective date before placing each order in order to be sure that you have reviewed the most recent version which applies to your purchase.

Information contained in Wooshping's advertising, brochures, other written materials, on Wooshping web sites or given to you, is an "invitation to treat" only and not an offer by Wooshping to supply any Products or Service Vouchers.


* 2. Placing an order

To be able to buy Products and Service Vouchers you have to:

  • provide your real name and correct address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;
  • be at least 18 years of age;
  • provide a delivery address in the mainland United Kingdom (Note that Wooshping is unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses, overseas army addresses, hotels, hostels or prisons.); and
  • be the owner or authorised holder of a valid debit/credit card to buy the Products or Service Vouchers if paying with a debit/credit card.

You may place an order by clicking on the "Add to basket" button and proceeding to the checkout page.

Payments are handled using PayPal registration and checkout. Keep your password protected at all times and do not disclose it to anyone else as you are personally responsible for each purchase made using your user identification and password.  Wooshping will never ask for your PayPal account details.

* 3. Order processing

You agree that your order is an offer to buy the Products and Service Vouchers listed in your order under these Sales Terms. All orders must then be accepted by Tagonic. We may choose not to accept abnormal orders and orders which are not placed in good faith.

After having received your order, we will send you an acknowledgement email ("Order receipt") with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Please note that the Order receipt email is not an acceptance of your order.

Please note that Wooshping reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive your ordered items. In case we would want to cancel your order after sending an Order confirmation email, Wooshping will refund your payment.

* 4. Prices, delivery and handling charges and taxes

The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the Order receipt and Order confirmation emails. Wooshping may change prices at any time without notice. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

Prices for the Products include VAT, delivery and handling.

* 5. Delivery

We aim to deliver the ordered items to you on time; however, there may be reasons why we cannot ship in time to meet target dates. Any delivery dates are therefore given as non-binding best estimates only and we do not promise that the items will be delivered on the target date.

We encourage you to examine the delivery package and received items within a reasonable period of time after they are delivered to you and check their condition and that the content of the delivery package is complete. It is your responsibility to notify Wooshping as soon as possible that packaging is damaged in transportation or delivery is incomplete at the time they are delivered to you.

In case you unreasonably defer delivery or delay the receipt of delivery after we have notified you that we have tried to deliver the ordered items to you, or if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package will be returned to us. If the items remain undelivered after the first delivery attempt for a period of 7 working days and are returned to us undelivered, we consider that you have exercised your right to cancel the contract and when we receive the returned delivery package we will refund you in accordance with our return policy less the reasonable additional costs incurred by Wooshping.

* 6. Payment

* 6.1 Payment by credit/debit card

Payment by credit/debit cards shall be made by a credit or debit card approved by PayPal. Approved credit and debit card types are listed on the PayPal website. You have to supply your payment card details when you place your order. Your payment card will be charged at purchase of the ordered items. We will not supply the items to you until your card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment of the ordered products. As your Order confirmation email is your proof of purchase, we recommend that you save and print that document for your potential future use.

* 7. Title to Products

Wooshping retains full legal title to Products until it has received all amounts due on the ordered Products in full.  Wooshping reserves the right (subject to the applicable law) to end your right to use, sell, or otherwise deal in the Products and to enter your premises and repossess the Products (or instruct a third party to do so), if payment is not made, or if the debit/credit card company declines payment or requires Wooshping to return any payment made for the Products, for any reason.

* 8. Return and refund in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations

If you have bought Products and Service Vouchers for your own private use as a consumer and want to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the items you have purchased you must notify Tagonics either via email or by telephone within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery and request a return authorisation. The cost of returning goods will be covered by the consumer and will only be refunded if there is sufficient evidence that the items delivered were classed as faulty.

Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you by email. Refund will then be processed by us and confirmed by email. Note that original delivery costs will not be refunded.

If the Products and Service Vouchers you have received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation, please contact without delay our enquiries service either via email or by phone.

* 9. Return of defective Products

Wooshping offers a manufacturer's limited warranty for Products bought from the Wooshping  In addition, the Wooshping provides you a limited return right for a period of 30 days from delivery for Products which are defective. To use this right you should contact our enquiries service either via email or by telephone at the latest within this return period.

In these cases our enquiries service will give you return instructions and arrange for the replacement or refund of your items, as applicable.

Wooshping are not responsible for defective nfc-reading devices. Tags returned as defective will be tested across Nokia C7, Samsung Tocco lite and Samsung Nexus 2 devices to assess the validity of the claim.

* 10. How to return items?

We recommend that you return the items in their original package. You must include everything that was shipped in the original package.

Where an item has been purchased as a part of a bundle of items, all items within that bundle must be returned. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that the items are kept safe and secure whilst they are in your possession. Please treat the items with reasonable care and return them in the condition that they were delivered to you. We encourage you to use, if possible, the original delivery package or pack the items securely.

Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received all the items to be returned.

In case of replacement the original items will be replaced by identical new items.

If you return items 1) that you are not entitled to return 2) that are not in their original condition 3) that are without proper or missing packaging, 4) with items missing from the return delivery 5) without following our return instructions or 6) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning items, we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to you reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred (subject to applicable law).

On acceptable return of items, we will refund you the price you have actually paid, for the items (as per the above), by crediting your payment card. Note that we will not refund the original delivery costs, except for returns and if otherwise required by applicable law.

Please note that there are few cases where the products cannot be reasonably considered defective. Typical examples of these cases are listed below. These cases are explained more explicitly in the Terms and Conditions.

  • No exact color match is reached between the original image and the final product
  • The product print quality is low due to a too-low quality original image
  • Number of supplied products is between limits stated in sales terms (+/- 5%, if the order quantity is below 100 pieces, +/- 2%, over 100 pieces).
  • The order contains non-functional products/tags , +/- 2%, over 100 pieces)
  • We grant every product we sell six (6) months of warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and failure to work during typical usage scenarios. It is not an insurance policy and does not cover any misuse or accidental damage.

* 11. Warranties and statutory rights

There are no other warranties, conditions, or other terms that are binding on us. Any warranty, condition or other term concerning the transaction which might be implied by statute, common law or laws applicable in the country where you bought the ordered items (including without limitation any implied term as to quality, fitness for purpose, reasonable care and skill) is hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the ordered items are suitable for your purposes.

* 12. Circumstances beyond reasonable control

We will use reasonable efforts to perform our obligations. However we cannot be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

* 13. Personal data

Wooshping privacy policy and additional provisions in these Sales Terms govern the use of your personal data.

* 14. Our liability

These Sales Terms set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Products and Services Vouchers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us than the ones mentioned in these Sales Terms. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.

We shall not be liable whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, business or anticipated savings), loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation or for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising. However nothing in this Section 14 shall affect your statutory rights and nothing in these Sales Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for any of the following:

  • a. intentional conduct
  • b. willful misconduct or gross negligence; or
  • c. liability based on mandatory law.

* 15. Export controls

You agree to comply with all laws, regulations and orders of the United States and the European Union applicable to the export, re-export, transfer or resale of Products ("Export Laws"). You agree (i) not to export any Product to any country in contravention of any Export Law; and (ii) not to export any Product to any country for which an export license or other governmental approval is required, without first obtaining all necessary licenses and approvals. You warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which export of the Products is prohibited by any Export Law.

* 16. General

If any provision or provisions of these Sales Terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

* 17. Contact details

Wooshping enquiries will assist you with any Wooshping order related questions. You can contact us either via email or by phone from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, except public holidays.

* 18. Governing law

These Sales Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
